We film conferences, launches, galas and community events in Coquitlam and across the Lower Mainland. You get video you can keep using long after the room empties.
— Why Dream It Creations
An event takes months of planning and a real budget, and then it’s over in a day. Video is how it keeps paying off. A good recap sells next year’s tickets, gives sponsors something to show their own teams, and gives your social channels months of material from one afternoon.
Coquitlam’s calendar covers a lot of ground. There are conferences and AGMs, grand openings, fundraising galas, and community events around City Centre and Town Centre Park. Each one needs something different from a camera crew. A keynote needs clean audio and a steady wide shot. A gala needs someone who can move through a crowd without being noticed. A product launch needs the reveal captured from more than one angle, because it only happens once.
We start every event with one question: what is this video for? The answer decides the crew size, the camera positions and the shot list, which we build around your run of show so the moments that matter are covered before the doors open. On the day, we work quietly and stay out of your guests’ way.
A short, polished film that captures the energy of the day: the room filling up, the speakers, the reactions, and a few words from attendees. It’s the piece most clients share first, on their website, in follow-up emails and in next year’s promotion.
What you’ll get:
Multi-camera coverage of your speakers and panels, with audio taken from the venue’s sound system or our own microphones. Full sessions become on-demand content for members, a resource library for staff, or proof for the next speaker you want to book. We can also pull the strongest thirty seconds from each talk into short quote clips, which tend to travel further online than the full session ever will.
Vertical clips cut for Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, built for the platform rather than cropped from the highlight film. One event can fill weeks of posting, and the clips keep the event in front of people who weren’t in the room. If you have a launch date or a sponsor deadline, tell us at the consultation and we’ll plan the edit order around it.
If part of your audience can’t attend, we can stream the event live while we record it. Our AV team also handles sound, screens and stage support, so one crew covers both the room and the recording.
Town Centre Park and Lafarge Lake: a lake loop, open lawns and the City Centre towers in the background. It’s busy with community events through the year, including the Lights at Lafarge winter display, and the lake path works well for outdoor interviews and promotional shots.
Evergreen Cultural Centre: Coquitlam’s performing arts centre and gallery in City Centre, next to Town Centre Park. It’s a natural fit for performances, launches and presentations that need a stage and controlled light.
Mundy Park: one of Coquitlam’s largest parks, with forest trails and two small lakes. It’s the place for natural, green backdrops a short drive from the city’s business areas.

— Questions Often Asked
It depends on the length of the event, how many cameras and crew it needs, and what you want delivered, from a single highlight film to every keynote in full. We’ll confirm a price after a short discovery call about your event.

Yes. Livestream support is available alongside our event and AV services. We plan the stream and the recording together, so the people watching online and the final video both get proper coverage.
We size the crew to the event and plan positions around your run of show ahead of time. We keep the gear compact and the movement deliberate, so the focus stays on your speakers and guests.
